  • ABSTRACT Kanti Herdian Kusuma, 2015; Effect of Compensation, Work Stress and Work Environment on Employee Satisfaction PT. Elabram Systems. Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration in Human Resource Management, Management Studies Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The research objective in general is to determine how much influence compensation, job stress and working environments on job satisfaction. The research was conducted at PT. Elabram Systems with a sample of 66 respondents are employees of PT. Elabram Systems. Hypothesis testing is done through the test by comparing t-hitung with t-table at a significance level of 5%. Validity test results conducted on the entire variable valid instruments with a value rhitung> rtabel 0.388. Cronbach's Alpha reliability test compensation of 0.756, 0.860 of work stress, work environment and job satisfaction of 0,700 by 0.788. Results of hypothesis testing, were found: 1) Compensation positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) Work stress and significant positive effect on job satisfaction. 3) The working environment positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
