  • ABSTRACT Ef Rinda, 2016; The Influence Of Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation on Organizational Commitment at PT “X”. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research purpose are: 1) To know the description about job satisfaction, work motivation and organizational commitmen at PT “X”, 2) To determine whether there is influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment PT “X”, 3) To determine whether there is influence of work motivation on organizational commitment PT “X”, 4) To determine whether there is influence of job satisfaction and work motivation PT “X”. The sample of this research are 95 employees of PT “X”. Research data retrieval by survey method with questionnaires and the data processed with SPSS version 22. This research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of regression showed that job satisfaction has significant effect on organizational commitment and work motivation has significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and work motivation simultaneously have significant effect on organizational commitment with F count (22.319) > F (3.10) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05). The R2 table value are 0.327 or 32,7%. This show that 32,7% of employee organizational commitment are influenced by job satisfaction and work motivation while the rest 67,3%% influenced by other factors.
