Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration in Human Resource Management, Management Studies Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose is this study were : 1) To know description for autocratic leadership style, employee commitment, and job satisfaction at Masmitra Hospital, 2) To determine whether autocratic leadership style on job satisfaction at Masmitra Hospital, 3) To determine whether employee commitment on job satisfaction at Masmitra Hospital. Data collection technique used survey method by by distributing questionnaire, which are then processed using SPSS 22.0. This research using descriptive and regression analysis. The result of regression indicate that there is negative influence and significant between autocratic leadership style to job satisfaction and that there is positive influence and significant between employee commitment to job satisfaction. This research has figured out score of R2 of autocratic leadership style on job satisfaction is 0.353 showed that 35.3% of job satisfaction explained by autocratic leadership style. Whereas, score of R2 of employee commitment on job satisfaction is 0.213 showed that 21.3% of job satisfaction explained by employee commitment.
