This Study aims to determine whether there is the influence of interest learning
and motivation learning towards learning outcomes of students in subjects
Instroductory Economics and Business at SMK Dharma Karya Jakarta. The
research was conducted over two month from January to February 2014. The
research method used is survey method with the correlation approach. The
research population was all students of SMK Dharma Karya Jakarta as much
224. The sample used as many as 82 students by using proportional random
sampling. Data variable Y (learning outcomes) is a secondary data obtained from
the value of a class XI student learning outcomes Instroductory Economics and
Business. While the data variable X

(interest learning) and the data variable X

(motivation learning) questionnaire using likert scale. Techniques of data analysis
using SPSS 17.0. From the result of Ftest, found that F
(3,153). This means that X

simultaneously affect the Y. T test produce

(motivation learning) (2,578) ≥ t

influence on the interest learning and motivation learning towards learning
outcomes. Then a coefficient of determination of test results obtained 0,232 or
23,2% variable Y determined by X

model, regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 65,805 + 0,139X

. Beside
that, the result of R

eqqual to 0,232 wich means that interest learning and
motivation learning can explained learning outcomes eqqual to 23,2% and 76,8%
explained with another variabel.
