Scientific Paper,&#xD; Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Concetration of Office&#xD; Administration Education, Economics and Administration Department, Faculty&#xD; of Economics, State University of Jakarta, March 2014.&#xD; &#xD; This Study aims to determine whether there is the influence of interest learning&#xD; and motivation learning towards learning outcomes of students in subjects&#xD; Instroductory Economics and Business at SMK Dharma Karya Jakarta. The&#xD; research was conducted over two month from January to February 2014. The&#xD; research method used is survey method with the correlation approach. The&#xD; research population was all students of SMK Dharma Karya Jakarta as much&#xD; 224. The sample used as many as 82 students by using proportional random&#xD; sampling. Data variable Y (learning outcomes) is a secondary data obtained from&#xD; the value of a class XI student learning outcomes Instroductory Economics and&#xD; Business. While the data variable X&#xD; 1&#xD; (interest learning) and the data variable X&#xD; &#xD; (motivation learning) questionnaire using likert scale. Techniques of data analysis&#xD; using SPSS 17.0. From the result of Ftest, found that F&#xD; (3,153). This means that X&#xD; 1&#xD; and X&#xD; 2&#xD; count&#xD; (12,213) &gt; F&#xD; simultaneously affect the Y. T test produce&#xD; t&#xD; count&#xD; of X&#xD; 1&#xD; is (3,403) &#x2265; t&#xD; table&#xD; (1,989) and X&#xD; 2&#xD; (motivation learning) (2,578) &#x2265; t &#xD; &#xD; (1,989). Because t &#xD; count&#xD; &gt; t &#xD; ,it can be concluded that there is a positive&#xD; influence on the interest learning and motivation learning towards learning&#xD; outcomes. Then a coefficient of determination of test results obtained 0,232 or&#xD; 23,2% variable Y determined by X&#xD; table&#xD; 1&#xD; and X&#xD; . Based on the result of regretion&#xD; model, regression equation obtained is &#x176; = 65,805 + 0,139X&#xD; 2&#xD; 1&#xD; + 0,229X&#xD; .
