Correlation Between Microteaching's Effectiveness With Readiness teaches on field experience program College Student of Departement of economics and administration on State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this research to know Correlation Between Microteaching's Effectiveness With Readiness teaches on field experience program College Student of Departement of economics and Adminitration on State University of Jakarta. The period of research was tree months since November 2011 until January 2012. The Method used is survey method with simple corelasional. The Population of this research are all college student of department of economics and administration who follows To Field Experience Program as much 351 students. The sample used as many as 88 students. The proportional technique is Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling Technique. The analysis test by fnding regression equation, that is Y = 47,85 + 0,234X after that data normality tes estimated galat by using liliefors formula ang that result is Lcount = 0,038 in significance level 0.05 and Ltabel = 0.094, so Lcount < Ltabel that the mistake of prediction regression estimated galat has normal distribution. Coefficient Regression Significance test and result is, Fcount (10,61) > Ftabel (3,96). Showing that is has significance regression. While regression is linier, the result of product moment of correlations coefficient test is rxy = 0,332 continued by using correlation coefficient significant test with t-test. Couting result is, tcount= 3,26 while ttabel 1,67, so Tcount > Ttabel. It means there are significance and positive correlation Between Microteaching's Effectiveness With Readiness teaches On field experience program Economic Majors College Student Adminitrasi. Beside that, the result of determination coefficient test is 0,1099 it means 10.99%. It means Microteaching's Effectiveness detemnined by Readiness teaches to program field experience founding variable. The conclusion of this research is that there is a positive Correlation Between Microteaching's Effectiveness With Readiness teaches on field experience program College Student of Departement of Economics and Administation on State University of Jakarta
