This research is aimed to know the influence of organization culture and communication towards the employee's satisfaction of work on PT. Traktor Nusantara,Jakarta. The research was done during two months started on may up to June 2014. The method used in this research is survey method. Reachable population in this research is all the employee in PT.Traktor Nusantara whose total is about 100 persons in which 78 samples are from marketing department and used Simple Random Sampling technique. The data of Variable Y (Satisfaction of Work) is the prime data which uses questionnaire with likert scale, and the variable X1 (organization culture) is the prime data which uses likert scale, while variable x2 (communication) utilizes questionnaire as the instrument with likert scale model. The data analysis technique is SPSS 19.0, based on F test in the table of ANOVA which results F count (9,223)>F tabel(3,12), and this means that X1 and X2 regulary give influence towards Y. T test shows a result T count X1 (2,27) Ttabel(1,66) and T count X2 (3,42) Ttabel(1,66). Because of Tcount>Ttabel, it can be concluded that there are positive influence between organization culture and communication towards the employee's satisfaction of work. Furher, the determination of coefficient test shows a result about 0,176 or 17,6% variable Y is determined by X1and X2. Based on the result of regression model analysis, a formula is gained. The value of R2 ,which is about 0,176, means variable of satisfaction of work can be described by the variable of organization culture and communication (about 17,6%), and the rest 82,4% is influenced by other variables which is not examined.
