- ABSTRACK AISYAH ANISAH APRILIANI. The Influence Job Stress and Job Satisfaction Toward Turnover Intention on Employee PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bringin Jiwa Sejahtera. Skripsi, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Concentration in Office Administration Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty Economics, State University of Jakarta 2014. This research conducted to find out if there is Influence Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Turnover Intention on Employee PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bringin Jiwa Sejahtera. This research was conducted for two months starting Desember 2013 until Januari 2014. The research method used is survey method with causality approach. The study population was all employees of PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bringin Jiwa Sejahtera, amounting to 183 people. The sample used as many as 119 people using proportional random sampling.Y (Turnover Intention) data, X 1 (Job Stress), and X (Job Satisfaction)measured using questionnaire with using Likert scale. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 13.0. from the result of Ftest, found that Job Stress and Job Satisfaction simultaneously influence to Turnover Intention seen from F 2 count (36,161) > F (3,07). Ttest result in t count of X 1 (Job Stress) registration 4,794 and t of 1,658, because t count > t then declared job stress has significant direct influence on turnover intention. While –t tabel Count from X 2 tabel (job satisfaction) of -4,254 and –t 1,658, because –t count < -t then it can be inferred that there was a significant direct influence between job satisfaction of the turnover intention. Based on the research path analysis, the magnitude of the influence of job stress (X1) which directly on the turnover intention (Y) is 0,150 or 15% and the effect was moderated by job satisfaction (X tabel 2 ) is 0,058% or 5,8%, so the total effect of X with Y is 0,208 or 20,8%. In addition to the magnitude of the effect of job satisfaction (X2) which is directly on turnover intention (Y) is 0,118 or 11,8%. Than a coefficient of determination (R ) of test result obtained 0,384 or 38,4% which means that Y (Turnover Intention) determined by X 2 1 (Job Stress) and X (Job Satisfaction) for 38,4%. Conclussions of this study is that there are influences between job stress and job satisfaction to turnover intention of PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bringin Jiwa Sejahtera.
