The purpose of this research is to analyze whether there is influence of Savings, Deposit, Non Performing Credit and Liquidity to Net Interest Margin (NIM) Between Foreign Exchange Banks in Indonesia and Malaysia Year 2010-2014. The sample used in the research were 31 foreign exchange banks in Indonesia and 22 foreign exchange banks in Malaysia with the study period of 2010-2014. In the foreign exchange model in Indonesia and Malaysia used in this study using panel data regression analysis with Random effect model approach. From the test results of this study, it is known that the Foreign Exchange model in Indonesia and Malaysia, partially Savings, Deposits, and LDR have a significant effect on NIM and have a positive effect. While the NPL has no significant effect on the NIM and the direction is negative. Keywords: net interest margin, non performing loan, loan to deposit ratio, foreign exchange bank
