The purposes of this research are to: 1) find out the effect of Personnel to Customer Satisfaction Lotte Mart Hypermarket Ratu Plaza. 2) find out the effect of Price Perception to Customer Satisfaction Lotte Mart Hypermarket Ratu Plaza. 3) find out the effect of Merchandising to Customer Satisfaction Lotte Mart Hypermarket Ratu Plaza. The object of the research is 200 customers of respondents Lotte Mart Hypermarket Ratu Plaza. Descriptive test results there are many respondents explained that the Less Satisfied Of Service at Lotte Mart Hypermarket Ratu Plaza. Hypothesis testing results indicate: 1) the existence of significant positive influence from Personnel to Customer Satisfaction Lotte Mart Hypermarket Ratu Plaza. 2) the positive influence and significant from Price Perception to Customer Satisfaction Lotte Mart Hypermarket Ratu Plaza. 3) the positive influence and significant from Merchandising to Customer Satisfaction Lotte Mart Hypermarket branch Ratu Plaza.
