This paper has a purpose to know how effective communication at PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with the method of collecting data through observation and literature study. From the observation to know that communication is happening in the logistics division exports relatively ineffective. It can be seenfrom the interpersonal communication among employees is not good, the delivery of information about something, often notthoroughly conveyed to all employees, perception and languagedifferences. Writing of the results can be known to be effective communication when something (a message) that informed communicators were well received by the communicant or the same, so there is wrong perception or miscommunication.
