Study Program Of Economic Education, Concentration Of Economic Cooperation, Departement Of Economic Administrastion, Faculty Of Economics, State University Of Jakarta. 2013. This study aimed to obtain information and knowledge based on data or facts are valid or invalid, true and trustworthy on Compensation Effect Against Teacher Morale High School District 27 Central Jakarta. This research was conducted at the teachers in 27 public high schools in Central Jakarta for three months from April 2013 to June 2013. The method used in this study is a survey method with a simple linear regression approach. The population was teachers in 27 public high schools in Central Jakarta as many as 48 teachers and the sample used is 44 teachers by using a simple random sample. To get a second data variables used instrument shaped research questionnaire with Likert scale model of the X variable (compensation) and the variable Y (Morale). Before use, test the construct validity (construct validity) through the process of the validity of the calculation of the correlation coefficient with the item score and the total score reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. Reliability of the results of the instrument variable X (Compensation) of 0.926. The results obtained by a simple linear regression equation y = 57.24 + 0.561 X indicates that any increase in the compensation score will result in increased teacher morale constants of 0.561 at 57.24. Test requirements analysis to test the normality of the estimated regression error above X Y indicates that the estimated error of regression Y on X is normally distributed. This is proved by using Liliefors test at significance level of 0.05 indicates that Lhitung (0,091) <Ltabel (0.133). In hypothesis testing, regression coefficient significance test using tables Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) results Fcount (15.73)> F (4.07) which means that the regression coefficient is significant. Linearity of regression test results produced Fcount (0.89) <F table (2.38) which shows that the linear regression coefficient. Correlation coefficients were calculated using the formula Product Moment generating rxy = 0.522. Results of significance test of correlation coefficient using t-test, t produces (3.97)> t table (1,68). Based on these results that there is a positive effect of compensation with teacher morale. Calculating the coefficient of determination obtained results of 27.3%. This means that variations in teacher morale is determined by 27.3% and the remaining 72.7% of compensation is determined by other factors.
