Education of Economics Cooperative, Major Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2013. This study aims to determine whether Financial Resource Allocation and Fuel Oil Subsidies have influence on Inequality of Income Distribution in Indonesia. Type of data in this research is panel data, panel data is a combination between time series data and cross section data, this secondary data published by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Processing data using Eviews 6.0. The research was conducted by taking GDP per capita data and population data to calculate the income distribution using williamson index and also the provision level of micro-credit allocation, and inter-provincial subsidy in Indonesia 2010-2012. The results showed that: KUMKM (Financial Resource Allocation) has negative and significant effect on inequality of income distribution, and KBBM (Fuel Oil Subsidies) has positive and significant effect on of income distribution. With the regression equation Y = 0.642 -0.0043 X + 0.1811 X2. It has meaning that if there is an increase in KUMKM (Financial Resource Allocation) by one percent would lead Inequality of Income Distribution decreased by 0.0043 percent. And if there is an increase in KBBM (Fuel Oil Subsidies) by one percent would lead to inequality of income distribution increased by 0.1811 percent. R12 value of 0.988853 indicates that 98.88% Inequality of Income Distribution can be explained by the two independent variables: KUMKM (Financial Resource Allocation) and KBBM (Fuel Oil Subsidies). Keywords: KUMKM (Financial Resource Allocation) , KBBM (Fuel Oil Subsidies), Inequality of Income Distribution
