Writing the Scientific Paper aims to find out how the filing system that applied at PT IAMU APPU in PPIC. The method used in this paper is a descriptive analysis with techniques of data collection in the form of literature study and observations. Based on the observations of authors, it appears that the filing system at PPIC not arranged systematically, it’s seen from the storage problems since the beginning is not applying a filing system based on the procedures and literature that have been applied. Therefore, it’s suggested that filing system in PPIC should be implemented based on the procedures filing system that already exist. Keyword : Filing system
