This paper aims to find out what the role of secretary of the Regional and Bilateral Policy Center (PKRB), the Ministry of Finance. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis of the data collection methods through, observation and literature. From the results of the writing can be seen that the role of a secretary is the head of the right hand, the holder of the best secrets in the company, as the company home page, as head liaison with external parties, nurse or protector for leadership, so it is necessary that a professional secretary. Ability and technical skills must be absolutely owned by a professional secretary for all fields of science. Ability to communicate and interact with leaders, outsiders and also business associates a very important role for a secretary, he must also have extensive knowledge to be able to compete in the business world.
