Research method that used is decriptive analysis, with searching data through observation and library. From writing result can concluded that the achievement of goals anobjectives of a company can be realized by the position and role of the office. Thus encouraging establishment a good office layout to achieve effectiveness andefficiency of office work in a company. Key Word: Office Layout
