The method used in this studi is a descriptive analysis of the methods of data collection t hrough literature review, observation and interview. Writing of the results it can be seen that the secretary profession is a profession t hat is needed by the company. The importance of the role of secretary of the company made a secretar y must continue to improve its abilit y to still be able to play right-handed leadership, public relations and all aspects relating to their duties in helping leaders running t he company.
