This paper has purpose to know about office layout at Personnel & General Affair Division PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia. Research method that used is descriptive analysis with searching data through observation and library. There office layout advantage is make office atmosphere better and more comfortable for internal and external company to stay. The problems that happen in PGA division are office furniture in not good place, lighting is too bright and the employees are walk more in the office room. From writing result can conclude that apply good office layout and observe the office physical condition is very important for a company. Because can accelerate work process also increase the employees spirit and productivity. Key Word: Office Layout, Office Physical Condition
