Purpose of this research is to find valid and reliability, data and facta about the possibility a positive correlation beetwen The compentation with Employee’s Performance On Cooperative BULOG employee’s In South Jakarta. This research, conducted for 5 months from February 2013 to Juny 2013. The method of research usedis survey method with correlation approach. The population research were all employee’s of the BULOG cooperativeas many as 165 employee’s consisting of 117 employee’s and 48 employee’s full time,samples taken 48 permanent employee’s . Variable data Y Employee’s Performance dan data X Compensation,is primer data from questionnaire. The analiysis test by finding regression aquqtionb, that is Y= 45,72+ 0,552X. After that, data normality test by using Liliefors and the result is Lcount = 0,052 while Ltabel for 48 in significant level 0,05 is 0,128. So Lcount < Lta bel mean that mistake of predicition regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and result is F count (25,17) > Ftabel (4,05) showing that, is has significance regression. While regression linierity test, F count (0,94) < Ftabel (2,08) showing that regression is linier. The result of product moment of corelations coefficient test, is r xy = 0,595. Continued by using correlation coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is tcount (5,02 )> ttabel (1,67). The result of this research is that there is positive influence between Compensation with Employee’s Performance. Beside that the result of determination coefficient test is 0,3536. This mean that the Compensation (X) can give 35,36% contribution to the result of Employee’s Performance
