The Influence between Motivation and Dicipline toward
Teachers’s Work Performance at State Vocational High School Accounting
Major of South Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration Accounting Education,
Program Study Education of Economics, Economics and Administrtion Program,
Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2013.
This research was aimed to obtain valid and reliable data about the influence
between motivation and dicipline toward teachers’s work performances at state
vocational high school accounting major of south jakarta.
The research was conducted by survey method with the correlational approach.
The population in this research were all teachers who are accounting majors at
public vocational high school in south Jakarta. Affordable population in this
research were the teacher in the accounting department at a vocational high
school still a PraSPM - SPM, amounting to 68 teachers. Total of samples used
were 58 teacher research. Sampling technique used is proportional random
techniques. The instruments used in the form of a questionnaire with 38
statements to variable of motivation and 22 statements to variable of dicipline.
Teacher work performances is measured using scores on DP3. Based on test
requirements analysis, the data is normally distributed by multiple linear
regretion equation Y=519,72+0,236X

Multiple regression was free
from multikolinearity problem by seeing the tolerance of 0,510 (tolerance>0,1)
and VIF of 1,962 (VIF<10). Then, to determine regression model was free from
heterokedasticity problem by seeing the distribution of variable points which
spread above and below the 0 on Y axis. This is indicate that the model regression
was free from heterokedasticity problem. Based on the results of hypothesis
testing can be seen that there is a positive and significant effect of the three
variables simultaneously with the f test, where Fcount was 23,713 and Ftable was
3,16. Then, there is a positive and significant effect of the two variables partially
of motivation toward the teachers’s work performances with t test, in which t
was 3,975 and then t

was 1,67155 and then t test for diciplines toward
teachers’s work performances also has a positive effect but not significant, in
which t
count
was 1,232 whereas t
was 1,67155. Based on the calculation of
coefficient corellation motivation variable (X1) to teachers’s work performance
(Y) was 0,472 which is shos that the corelation is strong. Based on calculation of
coefficient corellation for discipline variable (X2) to teachers’s work
performances (Y) was 0,164 which is shows that the corellation is very weak. The
calculation of the coefficient determination of three variables simultaneoslly was
obtained Rsquare 0.463 or 46,3%. it showed that 46,3% of motivation and
discipline affect teachers’s work performances, while the remaining 53,70% is
influenced by other variables that are not described in this model.</description><date>2013</date><type>Thesis:Thesis</type><type>PeerReview:NonPeerReviewed</type><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.fe.unj.ac.id/2189/1/Cover.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.fe.unj.ac.id/2189/2/Table_Of_Content.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.fe.unj.ac.id/2189/3/Chapter%201.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.fe.unj.ac.id/2189/4/Chapter%202.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.fe.unj.ac.id/2189/5/Chapter%203.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.fe.unj.ac.id/2189/6/Chapter%204.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.fe.unj.ac.id/2189/7/Chapter%205.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://repository.fe.unj.ac.id/2189/8/Bibiliography.pdf</identifier><identifier> SETYA RISQI, PUTRI (2013) PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN NEGERI PADA JURUSAN AKUNTANSI DI JAKARTA SELATAN.
