  • ABSTRACT LINCA AZRI NAOMI. Correlation Between Organizational Communications With Job Satisfaction of Employees Koperasi Karyawan PT. YAMAHA INDONESIA MOTOR, Cakung East Jakarta. The purpose of this research is to find valid and reliability, data and facta about the possibility a positive correlation beetwen Organizational Communications With Job Satisfaction of Employees Koperasi Karyawan PT. YAMAHA INDONESIA MOTOR, Cakung East Jakarta. This research, conducted for three months from February 2013 to April 2013. The method of research usedis survey method with correlation approach. The population research were all employees of Koperasi Karyawan PT. YAMAHA INDONESIA MOTOR. Variable data Y Job Satisfaction of Employees is primer data from questionnaire and data X Organizational Communications is primer data from questionnaire. The analiysis test by finding regression aquqtionb, that is Y = 54,334 + 0,536X. After that, data normality test by using Liliefors and the result is L count = 0,082 while Ltabel for 40 in significant level 0,05 is 0,140So Lcount < Ltabel mean that mistake of predicition regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and result is F count 22,95 > Ftabel 4,10 showing that, is has significance regression. While regression linierity test, F count 0,50 < Ftabel 2,61 showing that regression is linier. The result of product moment of corelations coefficient test, is rxy = 0,597. Continued by using correlationcoefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is tcount 0,597 > ttabel 0,312. The result of this research is that there is positive influence between Organizational Communications With Job Satisfaction of Employees. Beside that the result of determination coefficient test is 0, 3566. This mean that the Organizational Communications (X) can give 35,66% contribution to Job Satisfaction of Employees.
