- ABSTRACT HANNY PUTRI FAJARWATI, The Correlation between Climate Classroom with Student Motivation Class XI SMK Tunas Markatin East Jakarta. Thesis. Jakarta: Economic Education Study Program, Concentration of Accounting Education, Economic and Administration Department, Economics Faculty, State University of Jakarta, in January 2013. Purpose of this research is to find valid and reliability data and facts about the possibility a positive correlation between classroom climate and motivation to learn vocational students Tunas Markatin East Jakarta. The study was conducted over four months from September 2012 until December 2012. The research method used was a survey method with the correlational approach. The population in the study were all students of SMK Tunas Markatin. While the population is students of class XI inaccessibility totaling 55 students. The sample used by 48 students. Sampling technique in this study is simple random technique (Simple Random Sampling Technique). The data collection technique is to use a pre-test questionnaire to test the validity and reliability of the questionnaire valid and reliable conclusions. Simple linear regression equation produces regression equation Y = 71.98 + 0.57 X Test requirements analysis to test the normality of the error estimates of regression Y on X shows that the error estimates of regression Y on X is normally distributed. This is evidenced by the calculations show that Lcount (0.0989) <L table (0.1279) using Liliefors test at a significant level (a) = 0.05. In hypothesis testing, regression testing significance and linearity using tables Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Significance of test results of the regression indicates Fcount (27.66)> F table (4.05) which states mean regression. From the test results of linearity regression indicates F count (0.57) <F table (2.05) which indicates that the regression model used is linear. Correlation coefficients were calculated using the formula of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy of 0.61, while the results of tests of significance indicates tcount 5.26 and t table 1.68. Due t count > t table , it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between classroom climate on students' motivation to learn vocational Markatin Tunas. The calculation of the coefficient of determination shows 38% variation in the variable Y is determined by the variable X. The conclusion of There is a positive relationship between the Climate Classroom Motivation on vocational students Markatin Tunas. That means better classroom climate, the higher the students' motivation.
