The result of government expenditure for public sector (health) shown negative effect and significant on poverty in Java Island, and the economic growth has negative and significant impact on poverty too. At the confidence level of 95% of all independent variables (simultaneously) significantly influence the dependent variable. Normality assumptions are met and no multicollinearity while heteroscedasticity was solved by using the weights. So that the variables used free of violations of classical assumptions.
