Pd dan Dr. Siti Nurjanah, SE, M.Si This research is aimed to analyze the influence of investment and real wage toward recruitment of manufacturing employment industry. The data used in this research are the secondary data which is time series type of data in the year of 2003-2012, source from BPS dan BKPM. The method of this research is expose facto. The technique of data analysis in this research is the multiple regression analysis. Based on multiple regressions using SPSS 16.0 SPSS software, the output has indicated the investment (X1) is positively and significantly affected to the recruitment of manufacturing employment industry (Y) in Indonesia. While, the real wage (X2) is negatively and significantly affected to the recruitment of manufacturing employment industry (Y) in Indonesia. Based on the test with respect to F significant value = 0,000<0,05, it is can be concluded that the investment and real wage as togetherness is significantly affected on a = 5% against to the recruitment of manufacturing em ployment in Indonesia. Determination coefficient value that obtained is 0,834, it means that the changes of recruitment of manufacturing employment industry be explained by the investment and real wage as amount 83,4 %. While, the rest could be explained by others factor that can not be mentioned in this research model. Keywords : Recruitment of manufacturing employment industry, Investment, Real Wage
