  • ABSTRACT JANUAR AMBARWATI. Effect of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and investment to local Revenue (PAD) district/cities in West Java 2001-2010. Cooperative Economic Education, Economics and Administration, Faculty Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2014. This study aims to determine how big the Gross Regional Product ( GDP ) and investment to the local revenue ( PAD ) . The type of data used is panel data that combines the data time series and cross section , with the secondary data published by the Central Statistics Agency ( BPS ) and the Revenue Office . Processing data using Eviews 6.0 This study was conducted by taking the data Receipts Local Revenue , GDP , and investment realization districts / cities in West Java the period 2001-2010 . The analysis showed that : Gross Domestic Product ( GDP ) is positive and significant effect on real income (PAD ) , and investment is positive and significant effect on local revenue ( PAD ) . With PAD regression equation GDP = 23.32112 +2.146866 +0.014630 I. This has the meaning that if there is an increase in the Gross Domestic Product ( GDP ) by one percent would lead to revenue ( PAD ) increased by 2.1468 percent . And if there is an increase in investment by one percent would lead to revenue ( PAD ) rose by 0.014 percent . R2 value of 0.9660 indicates that 96.60 % Revenue (PAD ) can be explained by the two independent variables , namely Gross Domestic Product ( GDP ) and investment.
