Purpose of this research is to find valid and reliability, data and facta about the possibility a positive correlation beetwen Attitudes Toward of Teaching Profession With The Motivation To Become A Teacher At Student Of Economic Educations Courses Faculty Of Economics State University Of Jakarta. This research, conducted for 3 months from January 2013 to March 2013. The method of research usedis survey method with correlation approach. The population research were all students Departement Economics and Administration. Variable data Y Motivation To Become A Teacher and Variable data X Attitudes Toward of Teaching Profession,is primer data from questionnaire. The analiysis test by finding regression aquation, that is Y = 24,67 + 0,469 X. After that, data normality test by using Liliefors and the result is Lcount = 0,057 while Ltabel for 66 in significant level 0,05 is 0,109. So Lcount < Ltabel mean that mistake of predicition regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and result is Fcount (31,51) > Ftabel (3,99) showing that, is has significance regression. While regression linierity test, F count (1,76) < Ftabel (2,02) showing that regression is linier. The result of product moment of corelations coefficient test, is r xy = 0,574. Continued by using correlationcoefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is tcount (5,61)> ttabel (1,68). The result of this research is that there is positive relationship between attitudes toward of teaching profession with motivation to become a teacher. Beside that the result of determination coefficient test is 0,3922. This mean that the attitudes toward of teaching profession (X) can give 39,22% contribution to the result of motivation to become a teacher.
