This study aimed to analyze the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF) and the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) of the Return On Asset (ROA) as a measure of the profitability of Islamic Banks-year period 2013 to 2015. The sampling technique is purposive sampling using 11 Islamic Banks. Secondary data were obtained from the Semester Condensed Financial Statements periodically during the observation period the year 2013 to 2015. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis techniques, and tools of data analysis using SPSS version 20. While the classical assumption used in this study include normality test, autocorrelation, multicollinearity test, and test heterokedastisitas. The results of this study showed that the CAR has a positive effect but not significant to ROA Islamic Banks. Variable NPF significant negative effect on ROA Islamic Banks. While variable FDR negative effect on ROA, but not significant. Keywords:Profitability, ROA,CAR, NPF, FDR, Islamic Banking.
