The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know more the correlation between Job Involvement with Self Esteem of employee’s at PT Citra Agathis Integra South Jakarta. The research healed at PT Citra Agathis Integra South Jakarta for two months since April 2011 until Juny 2011. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach, and the data is got from instrument to employee at PT Citra Agathis Integra South Jakarta. The population research was all of employees with total 55 employees, with 48 employees for sampling and used proportional random sampling. Collecting X variable data (Job Involvement) and Y variable data (Self Esteem), using questioner liker scale model, before that it has construct validity test by validation process, that is correlation coefficient valuing score with the total score and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach formula. Reliability X variable (Job Involvement ) is 0,706 and Y variable ( Self Esteem) 0,944.. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y=35,32 + 0,419X. After that data normally test by using Liliefors formula and the result is L= 0,077 in significant level 0,05 and L table = 0,127, so L count <L. It mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and the result is F count table (20,64) > F (4,05). Showing that, it has significance regression. While regression linearity test, F (0,33) < F (2,03), showing that regression is linear. The result of product moment of correlation coefficient test, is r table = 0,557 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result, t xy count = 4,54 while t = 1,67 and so, t count > t . It means that there are significance and positive correlations between job involvementt with employe’s Self Esteem. Besides that, the result of determination coefficient test is 30,98%, it means that Self Esteem variable determined by 30,98 Job Involvement variable. The conclusion of the research have shown that there is a positive correlation between Job Involvement with Self Esteem at PT Citra Agathis Integra South Jakarta.
