Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. The paper has a purpose to know about Discipline of the work of the employee to the Education and Cultural Ministry. Research method that used is descriptive analysis, with searching data through librar and, observation. From writing result can concluded that the discipline of classified employees is low it can be seen from, 1) Not to obey the rules 2) Discussing things outside of work and 3) Left the office at the time of the working hours. Conclusions from the result of this can be know in the increase in discipline was needed by supportive efforts, that is with giving of sanctions. Key: Discipline of the work.
