- MINARTI 2010. 8143108224. Analyses the Role of Secretary at the Secretariate of Protection and Social Assurance (LINJAMSOS) at the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. Program Study of D III Secretary, Majoring Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economy, the Jakarta State University. This scientific work is aimed to know about the role of Secretary in implementing her jobs as the head of the right hand of her boss. Methods used in this study is a descriptive analyses by collecting data through library studies and observation. From the results of this writing can be known that the role of Secretary at the Secretariate of Protection and Social Assurance (LINJAMSOS) at th Ministry of Social Affairs need to be improved. It can be seen that the Secretary can not manage or set time to complete the tasks, and lack of skills secretary in managing the tasks of secretariate. Therefore, it is suggested that in order the secretary can perform her roles well, such as using the time efficiently, and improving practical knowledge of secretary that the secretary must participate in education and training on the tasks of secretary so that she can create the new creative things.
