The method usedthis research is descriptive analysis, the data of collection method through the literature study and observation. From the result of this paper can be seen that the arrangement of office spand facilities should be planned well and right, pay attention to the environmenwell as the physical condition of the office layout and knowing that, in order to increase the productivity of employees at work requires good space plannoffice, effectiveness and efficiency.
