This research is purposed to analyze the influence of own capital and loan capital on Added Value of Cooperatives in Central Java Province. The data used in this research are the secondary data, that type of panel data which combines the time series and the cross section data, presented in monthly data, source from the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in the Republic of Indonesia and Central Java Province. The methods of this research are expost facto. The technique of data analysis in this research is the multiple regression analysis. Based on multiple regressions by using SPSS 16.0 SPSS software, the output has the own capital (X1) is positively and significantly affected to the added value of cooperatives (Y) in Central Java Province. While, the loan capital (X2) is positively and significantly affected to the added value of cooperatives (Y) in Central Java Province. Based on the test with respect to F significant value = 0,000 < 0,05 it can concluded that the own capital and loan capital as togetherness is significantly affected on a = 5% against to the added value of cooperatives in Central Java Province. Adjusted R Square value that obtained is 0,314, it means that the changes of the added value of cooperatives could be explained by the own capital and loan capital as amount 31,4 %. While, the rest could be explained by others factor that can not mentioned in this research model. Keywords : Own Capital, Loan Capital, and Added Value of Cooperatives.
