This research was aimed to obtain information and knowledge based on facts and accurate data on the correlation Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Book Value per Share (BVS) with stock prices at manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013. The method used are correlation method with secondary data. The population in this research is all companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange totaling 464 companies. Population inaccessibility are the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013, the manufacturing company that issued financial statements that were audited in 2013, and manufacturing companies that have positive equity totaling 122 companies. The sampling method used was simple random sampling, which contained 89 companies. Of test requirements analysis, data were showed normally distributed with a multiple regression equation Ŷ = 1.236,940 – 515,618X1 + 0,977X2 . Multiple regression model was declared free of classical assumption test. The results of this research indicate that DER and BVS simultaneously there is a significant correlation with stock prices. The results analysis of partial DER has a significant negative correlation with stock prices and BVS has a significant positive correlation with stock price at manufacturing company's on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013.
