This study aims to determine whether the Gross Domestic Product and wage minimum province have an influence on foreign direct investment in Indonesia . The method used in this study is in the form of time series of the year 2010 – 2012 for Gross Domestic Product and wage minimum province, 2011 – 2013 for foreign direct investment, the cross section amounts to 33 provinces in Indonesia , with an ex post facto method. Data are presented each year obtained from BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics ), . Data analysis method used is panel data regression model. From the results of hypothesis testing and analysis obtained that: (a) Gross Domestic Product have a significant effect in the positive direction on foreign direct investment in Indonesia, and (b) wage minimum province have a positive significantly affect foreign direct investment in Indonesia. R2 value of 0,58 indicates that 58% of foreign direct investment in Indonesia can be explained by the two independent variables Gross Domestic Product and wage minimum province.
