  • ABSTRACT LUTFIA HARIANTI. Effect of Gross Domestic Product and Wage Minimum Province in Indonesian Foreign Direct Investment. This study aims to determine whether the Gross Domestic Product and wage minimum province have an influence on foreign direct investment in Indonesia . The method used in this study is in the form of time series of the year 2010 – 2012 for Gross Domestic Product and wage minimum province, 2011 – 2013 for foreign direct investment, the cross section amounts to 33 provinces in Indonesia , with an ex post facto method. Data are presented each year obtained from BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics ), . Data analysis method used is panel data regression model. From the results of hypothesis testing and analysis obtained that: (a) Gross Domestic Product have a significant effect in the positive direction on foreign direct investment in Indonesia, and (b) wage minimum province have a positive significantly affect foreign direct investment in Indonesia. R2 value of 0,58 indicates that 58% of foreign direct investment in Indonesia can be explained by the two independent variables Gross Domestic Product and wage minimum province.
