  • ABSTRACT HARTINI. The Effect of Credit Interest Rates and Third Party Funds to Distribution of Credit at Commercial Bank in Indonesia. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2014. This research aimed to examine the effect of Credit Interest Rates and Third Party Funds against the Distribution of Credit at Indonesia Commercial Bank in the period (quarterly) 2012-2013. This research used expo facto method using panel data which combines time series and cross section. The data needed to calculate the deposits was by summing the products of deposits in the form of demand deposits, savings and time deposits. The data on credit, Credit Interest Rates, and the Third Party Funds obtained from the quarterly financial reports of 2012 to 2013 from the ten Commercial Bank in Indonesia which is published at Bank Indonesia website. This research also used panel data regression model obtained equation fixed effect results LnPK = 16,186 + 0,037 LnDPK + 0.495 i. Based on the simultan analysis, Third Party Funds and Credit Interest Rates affect to commercial bank lending in Indonesia significantly. Based on the results of a partial analysis, Credit Interest Rates affect positive to Distribution of Credit significantly. Third Party Funds affect positive to Distribution of Credit significantly. Variations influence of two independent variables can be determined based on the R2 value of 0,97. Thus, 97% of Credit Distribution affect by variations in Third Party Funds and Credit Interest Rates while the 3% remaining was influenced by other factors outside the research model.
