January, 2014.&#xD; &#xD; This study aims to determine whether there between Compensation Effect on Performance And Achievement Motivation Teacher SMP Ibnu Hajar in East Jakarta. This study was conducted over 6 months from March until September 2013. The method used was a survey method with the approach of causality. The population of this study are all junior high teacher Ibnu Hajar, amounting to 42 people. Based on this study, the population sample was in junior high school teacher Ibnu Hajar whose status Boarding School Employees Foundation Permanent and Contract Employees using census sampling techniques. Data variable compensation in the form of instruments used questionnaire. For variable data instruments used achievement motivation questionnaire form . And variable data on teacher performance instrument that is used in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 17.0 starts with finding the test requirements analysis is normality test using Kolmogorov Smirnov method and obtained compensation for the value of 0.143, achievement motivation of 0.200, teacher performance residual of 0.200 and of 0.200 of which are more than 0.05 then the data normal distribution. Linearity test can be seen from the output of the linearity test at significance level of 0.05. Compensation linearity test results and teacher performance of 0.000 is less than 0.05, it can be concluded with a performance teacher compensation has a linear relationship. Then the results of the linearity test of achievement motivation with teacher performance of 0.000 is less than 0.05, then the data can be inferred achievement motivation with teacher performance also has a linear relationship. Structural equation is obtained X3 = 0,373 X1 + 0,349 X2 + 0,772 e2 and R2 x3&#xD; x2 x1 = 0,386. Test the hypothesis that the F test in the ANOVA table of F yield (12.239) &gt; F (3.25), this means that the compensation and achievement motivation jointly contribute to the performance of teachers. T test which resulted in compensation of t (2.613) &gt; t table (1.684) and thitung achievement motivation (2.448) &gt; t table (1.684), it can be concluded that there is positive&#xD; between teacher compensation to performance and achievement motivation with teacher performance.
