Research method that used is descriptive analysis, with searching observation and data through library. From writing can concluded that in the management of effective and efficient records records required proper procedures or guidelines that is the presence of standard procedures or guidelines and should be disseminated to all employees to avoid mistakes in the process of archival storage.
