This study aims to obtain valid data and facts, and trustworthy (reliable) Utilization Effectiveness of Influence Library and Learning Motivation towards Learning Achievement Economy Class X students of SMA Negeri 9 Bekasi. This research was conducted by survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study all students of SMAN 9 Bekasi, amounting to 1283 students. sample used is composed by 95 students from the class X.8 and X.9. The sampling technique used is by using census sampling techniques. Instruments used in the form of questionnaire with 21 statements for the effective use of the library and 26 statements for the motivation to learn. While studying economics student achievement is obtained from the value of report cards semester academic year 2012/2013. From the test requirements of the study, the data obtained revealed a linear and normal distribution with the multiple regression equation Y = 53.743 + 0.163 +0.093 X1 X2. By looking at the test simultaneously through ANOVA table it can be seen that there is a significant effect together - the same between the two independent variables, where the F value of 16.739 and Ftable at 3.11. Then the partial effectiveness of the use of library impact on learning achievement dimanat count is greater than t table. So is the motivation to learn affects the achievement of learning where tcount greater than ttable. Based on the summary table, obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.517, which means the relationship between the dependent variable with the independent variables have a relationship that is or reasonably. The calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained rxy2 = 0.267, this means that 26.7% of economic learning achievement determined effective use of the library and the motivation to learn and the rest is influenced by other factors. Multiple regression model is also free from the classical assumption, which is free from the problem heterokedasitas and multicollinearity problems. From these results it can be concluded that there are significant between the effective use of library and learning motivation on learning achievement economy class X Senior High School 9 Bekasi.
