Lecturer Advisor: Dr. SitiNurjanah, SE, M.Sidan Dicky Iranto, SE, M.SE This research is aimed to analyze the influence of education rate and wage to the female labor force participation rate in Indonesia. The data used in this research are the secondary data which is time series type of data in the year of 2008-2013 and cross section as many as 33 Province in Indonesia, which produces 198 observations, source from Badan Pusat Statistik, Kementrian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak(menegpp) and Pusdatinaker Kementrian Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi. The method of this research is expose facto. The technique of data analysis in this research is the multiple regression analysis. Based on multiple regressions using Eviews 6,0 software, the output has indicated the education rate (X1) is positively and significantly affected to the female labor force participation (Y) in Indonesia. While, wage (X2) is positively and significantly affected to the female labor force participation rate (Y) in Indoenesia. Based on the test with respect to F significant value = 0,000000<0,05, it is can be concluded that the education rate and land as togetherness is significantly affected on a = 5% against to the female labor force participation rate in Indonesia. Determination coefficient value that obtained is it 0.955415means that the changes of the female labor force participation rate be explained by the education rate and wage as amount 95,54 %. While, the rest could be explained by others factor that can not be mentioned in this research model. Conclusion there are significant education rate to the female labor force participation rate by 0.0040 and effect wage to the female labor force participation rateby 0.0066.
