This study aims to determine how much influence the school environment, and parental supervision of accounting students' learning achievement at SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta This study used a survey method and correlational approach. The data obtained from the questionnaire used the school environment and attention from their parents. The sampling technique used in this study is a simple random technique (random sampling). Affordable population in this study were 77 students and samples used by tables Isacc and Michael is 73 students. The regression in this study is Y = 36.011 + 0,313X1 + 0,163X2. Test requirements analysis, namely the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test sig school environment 0.396 and 0.171 with a parent's attention sig> 0.05 then the normal distribution of data. While the linearity test obtained X and X2 sig 0.000 <0.05. It shows that the linear regression model. From the hypothesis test with t test, then this means that there is positive between schools and parents' attention on learning achievement. From the calculation of the t-test known tcount school environment = (4.110)> table = (1.99) and Tcount the attention of parents (2.786)> Ttable (1.99), so that it shows there is a significant effect (significant) between school environment and attention from their parents. While the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination values obtained 38.4% which shows that the school environment at school and parental concern effect of 38.4%
