The instrument used to obtain data on the X1 variable (Role Conflict) was measured using a likert scale, then a X2 variable (Role Ambiguity) was measured using a likert scale. For the Y Variable (Organizational Commitmen) was measured using a likert scale. A linierity test by using SPSS 17.0 obtained the values of significant test for organizational commitment to role conflict is 0,000 and the values of significant test for organizational commitmen to role ambiguity is 0,000 and 0,05 which means the normal regression model is linier. Multicollinearity tolerance test values obtained for 0,915 and the VIF values of 1,093 and this suggests the model is not the case multicollinearity. Heteroscedasticity test is obtained through a test of role conflict by Glejser test to 0,541 and role ambiguity to 0,344 so there are no heteroscedasticity. multiple regression equation and obtained the regression equation Y = 156,612-1,420X1-0,482X2;. F test obtained through SPSS 17.0 for 26,120 > 3,15 Ftable with a significance 0,000 < 0,05 and inferred role conflict and role ambiguity simultaneously affect organizational commitment. Significance test with the role conflict to organizational commitment with tcount -5,114 and ttable -1,67 for significance 0,000 and role ambiguity to organizational commitment with tcount -3,397 and ttable -1,67 for significance 0,000. Because –tcount < -ttable, the researchers conclude there is a negative influence between role conflict to the organizational commitment thus there is a negative influence between role ambiguity to the organizational commitment. Coeficience of determination test is 0,470 or 47%. From the determination test, the researchers defined that organizational commitment are determined by the role conflict and role ambiguity yield of 47%. Then it can be concluded there are a negetive and significant influence between role conflict and role ambiguity on the organizational commitment of the employee.
