This study aims to examine the Employment Effects of Minimum Wages on Migration and Log in Java and Sulawesi. Data about incoming and employment migration is obtained from BPS, and the minimum wage from the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration. Migration of data entry used in this study are data that represent a person's status as a migrant who is five years old or older by the question where to stay current in their respective provinces. This study uses facto exposure using panel data that is a combination of time series data and cross section. Based on the analysis of the partial results obtained employment significantly positive effect on in-migration, and for the minimum wage significantly positive striving towards in-migration. Based on the analysis simultaneously, employment and minimum wages significantly influence inward migration in Java and Sulawesi.Variasi influence of two independent variables can be known by R2 value of 0.87, thus, 87% of the variation in-migration is influenced by employment and the minimum wage while the remaining 13% are influenced by other factors outside the research model.
