- ABSTRACT NURLAILA UMROH. This research purpose is to find out the influence of interpersonal communication and work motivation on employee performance in cooperative employees of PT. Pos Indonesia. This research was conducted from March to May 2015 in the cooperative employees of PT. Indonesian Post. The method used is survey with the correlational approach. Collecting data using the technique of recording documents and questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of cooperative employees of PT. Pos Indonesia, which amounted to 49 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, the classic assumption test, and test hypotheses consisting of t test and F test Based on the results of data analysis known that there is a partial effect between interpersonal communication with employee performance. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed tcount of 2.639 greater than ttable of 1,672. Partially work motivation also has an influence on the performance of the employee, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed tcount of 2,570 greater than 1,672 ttable. Simultaneously there is influence between interpersonal communication and work motivation on employee performance. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed Fhitung value of 24.290 is greater than the value of 3.20 Ftabel. There is a positive and significant relationship between interpersonal communication and work motivation and performance of employees with multiple correlation coefficient 0.717 as such, the research hypothesis is accepted, hereinafter known coefficient of determination (R2) of 51.4%.
