  • ABSTRACT ARINI AULIATIKA. The Influence of Organizational Culture and Working Environment in Koperasi Pedagang Pusat Perbelanjaan Depok. Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2014 The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the organizational culture, working environment, employee performance, and examines their influences on employee performance in Koperasi Pedagang Pusat Perbelanjaan Depok. This research was conducted from September to December 2014. This research is a descriptive study using survey method. Collecting data using the technique of recording documents, interviews, observation and questionnaires using 35 employees of the cooperative respondents. Result of the test shows 0,860 for reliability values of employee performance, 0,918 for the cultural organization, and 0,879 for working environment. Therefore, this research instruments are very reliable to be used. Research data is analyzed using multiple regression analysis with equation Y = 21,300 + 0,327X1 + 0,314X2. The result of the direct effect organization culture toward employee performance is 3,388 and working enviroment toward employee performance is 3,467. So it states that H0 is rejected at the 95% confidence level, meaning that there is positive and significant correlation between organizational culture and working environment toward employee performance.
