The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Sukuk Rate, Company Size, and SBIS Rate on the Yield of Sukuk publicity listed commercial banking in Indonesia. Period used are four years from 2013 to 2016. In this research, Sukuk Rate, Company Size, and SBIS Rate as an independent variable, and Yield of Sukuk as a dependent variable. This research uses secondary data. This sample was selected by purposive sampling which are 11 sukuk qualified in this research. This research conducts multiple linear regression analysis method to examine the hypothesis in the level of significance 5% This research proves that Sukuk Rate and SBIS Rate have positive and significant influence on Yield of Sukuk, Company size has insignificant influence on Yield of Sukuk. Sukuk Rate, Company Size, and SBIS Rate simultaneously have influence on Yield of Sukuk. Keywords: Sukuk Rate, Company Size, SBIS Rate, Yield of Sukuk
