State University Of Jakarta The author uses descriptive method of analysis in conducting the preparation of Scientific Works, this means the authors do library reseacrh and surveys at the stage of conducting research in order to describe the characteristics or phenomena of an object of the population. The results obtained from this study explained that (1) the quality of GOJEK Service is very influential on customer satisfaction. (2) to achieve a service quality that can satisfy the customer, the guarantee and empathy factor owned by the GO-JEK driver should be changed to a better direction. Keyword : Customer Satisfaction
