This scientific work aims to determine how records management at PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors, Jakarta. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis of the data collection method through literature. The survey results revealed that the records management is not well ordered so many documents and files contained on the table resulting in bottlenecks in the discovery archive.
