Scientific Paper aims to find out about the condition of organizational communication at the Examination Division of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Pulogadung. The method used in the writing of this scientific work is descriptive analysis by collecting data through observation in the course of fieldwork practice, and literature. From the results of the writing can be seen that the communication activities of the organization can work well if you use the right methods and media in conveying information. Selection of appropriate methods and media can provide smooth communication good organization. Communication problems that occurred at the Examination Division, Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Pulogadung tends to occur because the media is not appropriate. Effective organizational communication seen from the success of the current organizational communication.
