Department of Economics and Administration.Faculty Economics. State University of Jakarta. This paper aims to find out how to discipline employees at PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors, Jakarta. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis of the data collection method through literature. The survey results revealed that the form of sanctions applied by the company to employees who violate the regulations, companies apply sanctions in accordance with the violations committed by employees, such as sanctions in the form of payroll deductions, or delay the advancement (promotion), while the shape of the given enterprise motivation for employees achievement could be a raise or a promotion (promotion).
