From the results of the writing can be seen that the discipline of work on theTax Office Pratama Jakarta Pulogadung is low it can be seen from the employee isnot neat in dress and often come out during working hours. The conclusion of thispaper can be seen that the increase in the discipline necessary efforts to support, byimposing sanctions. Keywords: Job Discipline
