This paper aims to find out good corporate governance (GCG) based on guidelines issued by the National Committee on Governance Assessment (KNKG) and financial performance for performance appraisal method at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative data analysis with indirect data method through standing media. From the results of the writing can obtain a picture of GCG that is in accordance with the instructions issued by KNKG. Results Forecast Total Asset turnover 1.176 times, Net Profit Margin -0.87%, ROI (Du Pont) 4.69%. This shows the company's performance in producing a poor profit.
